The whole experience with Serra Honda was very satisfying. I was expecting to get a lot of rigamarole from sales staff but was totally shocked that I was not pressured into any situation as far as what I wanted and down payment plus trade. Initially I visited the location with a negative feeling due to previous experiences with other dealerships and was surprised of the customer service and effort that James and other staff members had taken to get me into a later modem vehicle that I am very pleased with and not pressure me into biting off more than I can chew. I would highly recommend Serra Honda to all of my friends and associates from this day forward. Also, I was very pleased with the amount of time it had taken for the transaction to complete. All previous dealerships I've visited would have taken all day plus more. This transaction only took a short amount of time. I went to the dealership with a negative feeling while looking for a Honda Accord but left feeling very positive with my Mazda CX-7.
