"Everytime I go to Serra Honda the service is exceptional. I went to Brannon one time for service because I didn't feel like making the drive to Ensley, but never again will I do that. I paid double at Brannon what I did at Serra for the exact same service. Serra's associates make you feel like they have known you all of your life from the time you enter until the time you leave. Serra Honda really knows what customer service is all about because they display it time and time again. Alexis T."

"Well I've been here 3 or 4 times for basic maintenance and each time the service has been great. The service writers are nicer than most competitors and speed of service is fast. I haven't bought a car lately from anyone but the next time I'm in the market I'll definitely stop by Serra Honda. AD"

"Drove into the service department with my 2010 Odyssey for an oil change and replacing the cabin and engine air filters, drove out in a 2012 Odyssey. Totally unexpected. I could not ignore their offer. Outstanding customer service and willingness to negotiate. This was my second purchase at Serra Honda."
