"Great Experience!!!! I shopped for my car online from California. I recieved a few good quotes from different Honda shops in Alabama. Serra Honda was the first to contact me with great customer service and they also matched my best offer. Mrs. Lajuana was very helpful due to the fact that I was buying a car that I have never seen or test drove before. She made the process simple and easy as possible, she also made my fear of how I was purchasing the vehicle go away. I had my grandmoter pick up my vehicle and she said that it was beautiful everything that Lajuana and I had talked about. I have to say it was a great experience for me. Thank you Serra Honda!!!!
