The good service just continues! Service department really works to keep my business. I have never been disappointed with their work and the time it takes them to do it. I have had nothing but excellent service at Serra Honda in Ensley, so much better than any dealer...even other Honda dealers...than I've ever dealt with. They went above and beyond on a warranty issue on my Civic and saved me a lot of time, money and headache. Service is always fast and without hassle. I was so impressed with the service department at Serra Honda, I bought my '11 CRV there last summer.

I had a great experience at Serra Honda. The people are so friendly and make you feel appreciated without hounding you to death. When they finished the even washed my car for me----AT NO CHARGE! Love you guys!
