"I love Civics and have owned them for years. This new Civic has a lot of "techy" features that honestly scared me. James Otieno was very patient with me. He spent a good hour just showing me how to operate everything. I had a lot of problems with the phone feature. He was sooooo patient. He kept walking me through the process until I finally figured out I was holding the button down too long. He really needs an award for being so patient! I am enjoying my new Civic including all the "techy" features thanks to James. They were celebrating Memorial Day at the dealership so I enjoyed jumping in the bounce house with my granddaughter and eating hot dogs for lunch. Everyone there was so nice. And to top everything off I got a great deal on the car!
