"I took my Accord in to Serra Honda for service . This was my first visit to this location and I was pleasantly surprised. The Service Writer was very courteous as was the service technicians. They not only kept me apprised of the progress of the service but also informed me of two recalls that needed to be performed. The repairs were performed quickly and to my satisfaction. I will continue to use them when service needs arise."
